Two options for Urgent Care exist, in addition to Mercy's ER. Total Access Urgent Care is located near the intersection of Hwy 47 & 100, and Mercy Urgent Care is located at Mercy's South Campus. A number of skilled care facilities are located in Washington, including Cedarcrest Manor, a 184-bed nursing home located in the center of Washington, and Grandview, a 102-bed nursing home facility overlooking the City Park, located on the west end of Washington. South Pointe Assisted Living by Americare is a 20-bed assisted living facility with a 14-unit Alzheimer/Dementia facility called The Arbors. Bristol Manor, a 12-room residential care facility, is located on West 12th Street. Victorian Manor provides a 45-bed assisted living facility on Rabbit Trail Drive, toward the east end of town.
